We do not accept returns or exchanges on meals or BEAST Gear. If we gave you the wrong meal/gear or it arrives damaged, you can request a refund on your order in the form of a store credit. We have the right to make final decision to issue a refund. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a refund.
If you place an order for the following week and need to cancel, you must do so before Friday by 8:00 am EST. We will refund your cancellation in the form of store credit.
